philsot's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your philsot account during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
philsot does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude philsot's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

In the event of any dispute between you and philsot arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting philsot's support team with a written description of your complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
